GRAND LAKE: The Grand Lake Community Centre will come alive during a coffee house and bake sale.
All proceeds from the social will go toward the annual Nola Hines Memorial Seniors Christmas Party. In addition to terrific music, delicious treats can be purchased and those in attendance can buy 50/50 tickets or tickets on a painting donated by a local artist.
One of the musical acts scheduled to be in attendance is Good Company, a group formed in Grand Lake which is made up of 12 talented residents. For those who attended the 2009 Nola Hine Christmas Party, they were entertained by Good Company, who agreed to come back and participate in the coffee house event.
Everyone is welcome to attend the event, which runs from 1-4 p.m.
